Ingredients
- 1 packet Pasta Pepe Casarecce
- Small red onion, chopped
- 1 hot chili, chopped
- Olive oil
- 2 x 400g tinned tomatoes
- Salt
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled & cut in wedges
- 200g green beans, topped & tailed
- Handful of fresh basil
Steps
- Fry onion and chili in olive oil until soft. Add tomato and salt and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil. Add potato and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add beans and pasta and cook for 10 minutes until al dente.
- Drain potato, beans and pasta and combine with sauce and torn basil leaves. Enjoy!
