Fusilli e Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Pasta Pepe Fusilli
  • 200g green beans, topped & tailed
  • 2 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 5 Tbsp pesto
  • Grated Parmesan

Steps

  1. Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil. Add potato and cook for 5 minutes. Add beans and pasta and cook for 10 minutes until al dente.
  2. Drain, reserving a cup of the cooking water.
  3. Toss pasta and vegetables with pesto and Parmesan, adding reserved water as needed to achieve a creamy sauce. Serve with extra Parmesan. Enjoy!
