Ingredients
- 1 packet Pasta Pepe Fusilli
- 200g green beans, topped & tailed
- 2 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 5 Tbsp pesto
- Grated Parmesan
Steps
- Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil. Add potato and cook for 5 minutes. Add beans and pasta and cook for 10 minutes until al dente.
- Drain, reserving a cup of the cooking water.
- Toss pasta and vegetables with pesto and Parmesan, adding reserved water as needed to achieve a creamy sauce. Serve with extra Parmesan. Enjoy!
