2 large heads of broccoli, leaves and stems included. Peel stems and chop heads and stems into pieces.
Steps
Fry garlic and chilli using a generous amount of olive oil until garlic is lightly browned. Set aside.
Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil. Add pasta and broccoli and cook for 10 minutes until al dente.
Drain, reserving a cup of water.
Pour over garlic, chilli and olive oil, add salt to taste, drizzle more olive oil and stir well, adding reserved water as needed to create a creamy sauce. Enjoy!
