Casarecce with Broccoli and Italian Sausage

Ingredients
- 400g of Pasta Pepe fresh casarecce
- 2 large Italian-style pork sausages
- 1 large head of broccoli
- 1 red chilli
- Olive Oil
- Salt
Steps
- Wash and divide broccoli into similar sized pieces (peel and chop the stalks as well).
- Cook broccoli in boiling salted water for a few minutes and then add the casarecce and continue cooking together for another 4 minutes then drain.
- Meanwhile, in a frying pan, heat the oil and gently fry the chilli for a minute.
- Remove the skins for the sausages and break into pieces. Add to the pan and fry until all the mean has changed colour.
- Add pasta and broccoli to the pan and toss to combine. Serve immediately. Buon appetito!
