Duck and Porcini Tortelli with Garlic, Mushrooms, Parsley
Serves 4 as entrée or 2 generous main courses
Ingredients
- 1 x packet of Pasta Pepe Duck and Porcini Tortelli
- 1 clove of garlic, sliced
- 12 medium Swiss brown or button mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 bunch of flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Parmesan
Steps
- Cook tortelli according to the instructions on the packet.
- In a frying pan, place a generous amount of olive oil with the garlic. Over medium heat, gently fry for a couple of minutes then add the mushrooms and cook until soft

Add salt to taste and parsley. Place agnolotti in serving bowls and spoon mushrooms over. Sprinkle with parmesan. Enjoy!
