Ossobuco Ravioli with Gremolata Oil
Serves 4 as entrée or 2 generous main courses
Ingredients
- 1 x packet of Pasta Pepe Ossobuco Ravioli
- 1 bunch flat leaf parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Zest of one large lemon
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Parmesan
Steps
- Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil and cook pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- Meanwhile, chop garlic and parsley together to form a rough mix. Place in a bowl with lemon zest and a generous amount of olive oil and a little salt to taste.

Place ravioli in serving bowls and spoon Gremolata over. Sprinkle with parmesan.
