Ossobuco Ravioli with Gremolata Oil

Serves 4 as entrée or 2 generous main courses

Ingredients

  • 1 x packet of Pasta Pepe Ossobuco Ravioli
  • 1 bunch flat leaf parsley
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Zest of one large lemon
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Parmesan

Steps

  1. Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil and cook pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Meanwhile, chop garlic and parsley together to form a rough mix. Place in a bowl with lemon zest and a generous amount of olive oil and a little salt to taste.
  3. Place ravioli in serving bowls and spoon Gremolata over. Sprinkle with parmesan.
