Paccheri Amatriciana
Ingredients
- 1 packet Pasta Pepe Paccheri
- 120g pancetta, diced
- Olive oil
- 2 x 400g tinned tomatoes or 1 bottle of passata
- Salt & pepper
- Handful aged pecorino cheese, grated
Steps
- Fry pancetta in olive oil until crisp.
- Add tomato and salt and pepper to taste and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil, add pasta and cook for 10 minutes until al dente.
- Drain pasta and toss with sauce. Serve with pecorino cheese. Enjoy!
