Ingredients
- 1 packet Pasta Pepe Penne
- 2 Italian pork sausages
- Half a brown onion, sliced
- 12 medium mushrooms, sliced
- 250ml cream
- Small bunch flat leaf parsley, chopped
- Olive oil, salt & pepper
- Handful grated Parmesan
Steps
- Remove sausage meat from casing and fry with olive oil, onion and mushrooms until soft and meat has changed colour.
- Add cream, salt and pepper and simmer for 2 minutes, then add chopped parsley.
- Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil, add pasta and cook for 10 minutes until al dente.
- Drain pasta and toss with sauce. Serve with Parmesan. Enjoy!
