Fresh Pasta

Our fresh pasta is artisan made with the world’s best durum wheat grown right here in Australia. It is bronze extruded to maximise texture and flavour and gently dried using that most precious ingredient, time. We make some of the most popular shapes from all over Italy so you can find the perfect pasta for your favourite sauce, from casarecce to linguine.

Filled Pasta

Our filled pasta is artisan made using fresh local ingredients with no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. We select fillings from some of South Australia’s best producers and wrap them in silky fresh pasta that you can prepare at home in minutes.
